Classic Car Enthusiasts arrived in droves for the second Annual Walton Classic Car Show this weekend and they weren’t disappointed. Walton Club field, bathed in glorious sunshine hosted around 150 Cars, bikes and even a couple of vintage tractors. Only in its second year, the show has more than doubled in size. Stalls included the popular, Pete’s Pizza Garage, offering artisan stone baked Pizza. Local Milkman Chris Dews handed out complimentary milk in glass bottles raising awareness of the perils of plastic. The Vintage Cafe & Tombola, always a family favourite had a busy day. A spokesperson from sponsor Guy Salmon Land Rover Wakefield said “we’re delighted to be here supporting this fabulous local community event & can’t believe just how far cars and spectators have traveled”.
